Trail Blazers Transfer Moses Brown & Jaylen Hoard to Legends

The Portland Trail Blazers have completed the two-way transfers of center Moses Brown and forward Jaylen Hoard to the Texas Legends of the NBA G League, it was announced today by president of basketball operations Neil Olshey.

Originally signed to a training camp contract on September 12, Brown, 20, appeared in all five preseason games for the Trail Blazers, posting averages of 5.2 points (69.2% FG, 61.5% FT), 2.2 rebounds and 1.00 block in 6.9 minutes per game. The Trail Blazers exercised the two-way player conversion option in the contract of Brown (7-1, 245) on October 18.

Hoard, 20, played in all five of Portland’s preseason games, averaging 1.4 points (42.9% FG), 1.8 rebounds and 0.4 assists in 8.6 minutes per game. The Trail Blazers signed Hoard (6-8, 215) to a two-way contract on July 1.
