TEXAS LEGENDS, COSERV EXTEND PARTNERSHIP

FRISCO, TX, (Mar. 30, 2023) - The Texas Legends have announced the extension of their partnership with CoServ, one of the largest electric and gas distributors in North Texas. 

Established in 1937, CoServ is headquartered in Denton County but serves more than 450,000 electric and gas customers across eight counties. The partnership, which focuses on community initiatives and celebrating local heroes, has been extended through 2026.

“CoServ is a long-time partner of ours and a relationship that has truly grown with our team,” said Legends President Malcolm Farmer. “We get to be creative with them. We get to do good in the community with them. We get to build the dream that the Legends were founded on of really celebrating the everyday legends out here, making our world a better place.  And we get to have fun together.”

CoServ is a foundational partner of the Legends’ community outreach efforts.  The team at CoServ recognizes a First Responder of the Game at all Legends home games. They are also a presenting sponsor of the Legends’ Mission of the Month program, which serves numerous non-profits throughout the year through member-supported donation drives. 

“Our partnership with the Legends allows us to expand our outreach efforts in the North Dallas area,” said CoServ Director of Community Engagement Glen Squibb. “We found a partner that truly values the same thing we do, and we get to utilize sports to give back to our members, customers and community.”
