Sports Academy's State-Of-The-Art Facility Becomes Home Of The Legends

The Texas Legends have announced a partnership with Sports Academy that will make their state-of-the-art center in Frisco the Legends’ official practice facility.  The full-size court inside the facility is branded with both the Legends and Dallas Mavericks logos and will be the home practice court of the Legends.

Located at The Star, Sports Academy is over 50,000 square feet of industry-leading sports performance amenities.  Along with the court, the facility houses an indoor and outdoor turf field, a diagnostics lab, world-class weight room, recovery suite and more.

The Sports Academy Performance staff has years of experience training thousands of athletes from NBA, NFL, MLB and Olympic sports.  The staff places a heavy focus on continuing education so that each member of the team is up to date on the latest evidence-based training methodologies, making them an industry leader not only in performance but in service and client satisfaction.

Sports Academy at The Star opened in 2019 directly across from the Dallas Cowboys’ indoor practice facility.  Open to athletes of all ages and skill levels, Sports Academy is a full-service facility designed to improve overall human performance.  Programs available to the public include strength and conditioning training (personal, small-group, and classes) and sports skills training (personal, small-group, clinics, and camps) including a number of Legends Youth Camps.
