MAVERICKS CONVERT MOUSSA CISSÉ TO TWO-WAY CONTRACT

DALLAS – The Dallas Mavericks announced today that they have converted center Moussa Cissé to a Two-Way contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cissé (6-10, 230) originally signed with Dallas on July 8 after a five-year college career at Memphis, Oklahoma State and Ole Miss. Through three preseason games, Cissé totaled six points, 12 rebounds and a team-high seven blocks.

The Conakry, Guinea native started his college career at Memphis, where he was named the AAC Freshman of the Year and helped the Tigers to an NIT title in 2021. Cissé transferred to Oklahoma State the following year and was named to the Big-12 All-Defensive Team in each of his two seasons for the Cowboys (2022, 2023). He was also named the Big 12 Co-Defensive Player of the Year for OSU in 2022.
