LEGENDS FALL IN OVERTIME THRILLER TO OKC BLUE

Frisco, TX - The Texas Legends (2–4) battled through a back-and-forth overtime thriller Friday night at Comerica Center, ultimately falling 129–127 to the Oklahoma City Blue (2–4).
Despite the loss, the Legends shot a scorching 55.9% from three (19-of-34). Dalano Banton led the way with a 31-point, 13-assist double-double, while Zhaire Smith added 20 points on an efficient 7-of-14 shooting night. D’Moi Hodge connected on six of his ten 3-point attempts for 18 points, and Sheldon Edwards chipped in 19 off the bench. Big man Jamarion Sharp was a force inside, tallying 10 rebounds and 9 blocks.
The Legends held a 17-point lead in the third quarter and outscored the Blue 41–26 in that period, but Oklahoma City stormed back behind 31 points from Dariq Whitehead and a 26-point, 10-assist performance from Brooks Barnhizer. The Blue edged Texas 7–5 in the overtime frame to seal the win.
The Legends look to bounce back with a rematch against the Blue set for tomorrow night, Saturday, November 22nd. Tipoff at Comerica Center is scheduled for 7:30 PM CT.
