Osceola, FL - The Texas Legends wrapped up their season-opening back-to-back series with a hard-fought 144-112 loss to the Osceola Magic Saturday night at Silver Spurs Arena.
Miles Kelly led the way for Texas with 20 points and 9 rebounds, while Dalano Banton added 15 points and 5 boards. Jamarion Sharp chipped in an efficient 16 points on 7-of-8 shooting. Sheldon Edwards Jr. and Mark Armstrong also finished in double figures with 12 and 17 points respectively.
The Legends trailed by just one at the half, but a red-hot third quarter from Osceola broke the game open. The Magic were led by Orlando Robinson’s 25-point, 13-rebound double-double and 21 points from Lester Quinones.
