HARDY HAS CAREER NIGHT IN LOSS TO BULLS

FRISCO, TX, (Mar. 9, 2023) – Amauri Hardy posted a career high to lead the Texas Legends (6-19) in their loss to the Windy City Bulls (14-12) 110-135. 

The Bulls led wire-to-wire after grabbing the first basket in the early seconds.  Midway through the first the visitors hit a 14-0 run that built the double-digit gap they would hold through the final buzzer. 

Hardy hit 4-of-6 outside to finish with his career-high 30 points (was 25), while adding 4 rebounds and 6 assists.  Jacob Young, in his first appearance with the Legends, came off the bench for 21 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals.  Tyler Hall and Kalob Ledoux added 12 points each and Justin Jackson and Norense Odiase grabbed 10 apiece. 

Carlik Jones finished with 29 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, and 2 steals to lead the Bulls while Marko Simonovic posted 24 points, 17 rebounds.  Ethan Thompson added 21 points, 4 assists, and Aaron Wheeler came off the bench for 12 points joined by Daniel Oturu and Jeremy Pargo with 10 each.
