Jackson and Lasme Sign Overseas Contracts

Pierre Jackson has signed overseas to play for Maccabi FOX Tel-Aviv.  Jackson played 28 games for the Legends last season averaging 22.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and 1.9 steals and earning an All-Star invitation.

The Baylor alum finished in the top 10 of the league in scoring (9th) and assists (4th) and earned two NBA Call-Ups to the Dallas Mavericks.  Jackson earned the contract in Israel after showing his abilities in the Orlando Summer League with the Detroit Pistons, averaging 15.8 points, 5.8 assists in 24.1 minutes per game across 5 games.

Stéphane Lasme has signed to play in Russia for the Unics Kazan.  Lasme played 19 games for the Legends last season averaging 11.8 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 3.3 blocks.  The Gabon-native played eight seasons overseas before joining the Legends.  In his time abroad, Lasme earned League honors with every team and won 10 championships.
